About Me

My photo
C. Michael Bailey
I am interested in Culture and its criticism. I define Culture broadly, addressing discussion on all that encompasses Music, Literature, Cinema, Theater, Media, Religion, and Politics. All of these elements are fluid and evolve with time. It is naïve to believe otherwise. This blog offer me the opportunity to work out ideas not fully formed in a quest for some understanding of why Ecclesiastes 1:17 (KJV) states, Then I applied myself to the understanding of wisdom, and also of madness and folly, but I learned that this, too, is a chasing after the wind. When not writing this blog, I serve as a Senior Reviewer for the online magazine All About Jazz and a staff writer for Blogcritics.
